For
God's glory and by his grace we seek to impact
our community and the world by raising up
students who are transformed by the Gospel and
serving others. To accomplish this goal, we
provide a variety of spiritual growth
opportunities through teaching, worship,
service, fellowship and fun!
We
believe that relationships are a primary avenue
of influence in the lives of students. Just as
Christ lived among his disciples and loved them
in the context of growing relationships, a
primary goal of the youth ministry is to develop
purposeful relationships with
and
between students. Beginning with relationships,
strengthened by teaching God's Word, and
nurtured through various fellowship and service
opportunities, we desire to see the hearts of
students captivated by the love of Christ and
transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. We
also seek to lead the students to a practical
understanding of what it means to integrate
their faith in Christ to every aspect of their
lives.

Finally, we
desire to affirm the family and come alongside
rather than replace this God appointed unit in
the lives of students. As such, we welcome and
encourage support from the parents of the youth,
ranging from praying for the students, youth
director, and volunteer leaders, to helping with
fundraisers, as well as hosting or chaperoning
activities and trips. Contact Youth Director,
Kory Duncan with any questions.
